Ayham Ayche is the Managing Director of Incyte Education, a boutique firm providing Safeguarding, School Improvement and Strategic Advisory services. He has over 20 years experience in the education sector including over a decade as the Business Development Director at one of the world's leading education management organizations. He boasts a diverse experience in the education industry, primarily focused on international expansion in the K-12 sector, but also spanning operations, academic development, and IT strategy.
He oversees Incyte's wide array of services to the sector and leads Incyte’s Strategic Advisory work, supporting schools and school groups to plan for long-term sustainable growth while maintaining a focus on quality.
He has played a pivotal role in forging innovative education partnerships across global markets such as the USA, Germany, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, and China. Passionately dedicated to enhancing educational outcomes, Ayham prioritises equipping schools to achieve excellence for a varied student body. He advocates for schools to evolve as self-sustaining, community-centric institutions.
He is a trustee of the Peter Jones Foundation and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computation from Oxford University and an MBA from the University of Surrey.
